A. Approximately 3-5 business days for ‘in-stock’ products unless otherwise

Q. Can I pay for specialty shipping?
A. Yes, if the product is in stock we can overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day your

Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. No, not at this time.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may return an item in its original condition, with a 30% re-stocking
fee, within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the
return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing
slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If
using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by
check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using
UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
Q. What about a damaged piece, but I
still want the order?
A. We will issue an ‘ARS tag’ to have the damaged item(s) picked up and will
send you a replacement.
